Location: New York
PM Hotel Group - 2420 Amsterdam Avenue - Responsibilities:
Prepare dining room for guests by cleaning and setting tables;
Transport all dirty tableware from the dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning;
Monitor and maintain table settings by removing dishes as they are completed, replenish drinks and utensils, clean spills and attend to guest requests;
Support and collaborate with service staff by setting up and replenishing condiments, assist with delivering food, retrieve supplies as required, and organize and clean all stations;
Accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
