The Assistant Operations Manager – Front Office will have oversight of the front office staff, cash control for agents, staffing needs, and guest services. Additional responsibilities may include training, staff development and scheduling. This position reports directly to the Front Office Manager and requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively deal with guests, other departments and team members.

Salary range for this role is $66,300 – $72,000. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • 1–2 years previous front‑office supervisory and/or management experience preferred
  • Service‑oriented style with professional presentation skills
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
  • High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, excellent customer service orientation, and ability to improve the bottom line
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
