Job Title: Bartender

Reports To: Assistant General Manager

• Commitment to hospitality
• 2+ years bartending experience
• Must exhibit excellent communication skills and a pleasant friendly attitude toward their colleagues and guests
• Keeping a professional demeanor while having a sense of humor and a strong passion for hospitality

• Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
• Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift up to 40 pounds

The ideal bartender candidate has a genuine passion for hospitality. They must be energetic and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a determination to provide guests with a memorable experience. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow, while working alongside other passionate beverage professionals. Our bartenders are responsible for selling, preparing, and serving a wide variety of cocktails, wine and beer.

• Demonstrate knowledge of all signature cocktails (ingredients, specs, build)
• Must have well established knowledge of classic cocktails
• Demonstrate working knowledge of our natural wine program set forth by Wine Director
• Maintain an understanding of the proper steps of service. Consistently execute them with efficiency and grace while multitasking and maintaining a sense of urgency throughout service
• Anticipate guest needs and create strong guest relationships. Guest recognition is critical to success.
• Create a warm, fun and exciting environment for bar guests to enjoy.
