We are looking for a Hospitality Busser who wants to be more than a "ghost in the background." In this role, you are the Ambassador of the Environment
. You are the "Agent" on the floor who ensures every guest feels seen, taken care of, and welcomed into our home here in NYC.

• Maintain a "hospitality-grade" clean dining room, and topping bar.
• Clear and sanitize tables within 60 seconds of a guest’s departure.
• Monitor service area cleanliness to ensure it meets our high brand standards.
• Support the front-of-house team during rushes to keep the energy positive and the service seamless.
• Ensure the topping bar is pristine, organized, and inviting at all times.

• High Energy: You thrive in the fast-paced NYC environment and move with purpose and grace.
• Communication: You are comfortable talking to guests and working closely with teammates.
• Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant, coffee shop, or retail setting is a plus, but a "hospitable heart" is our #1 requirement.
