Location: New York
The (USTA) United States Tennis Association is seeking Seasonal Guest Services Supervisors to enhance the guest experience at the US Open. You'll collaborate with Event Operations to ensure legendary service, responding to guest needs while upholding important policies.
The role requires customer service experience, the ability to handle stressful situations, and excellent communication skills. Compensation is $21/hour, with meal allowances and uniforms provided for a cohesive team appearance.
