Door Attendant

Position Overview

The Door Attendant is responsible for making a welcoming first impression for guests. The role includes handling guest luggage, assisting with transportation arrangements (taxis, limousines, and cars), and providing information to guests and pedestrians. The attendant also ensures smooth traffic flow in designated areas and may be required to make deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms, as well as transport hotel packages and parcels.

• Greet guests and provide a warm welcome
• Assist with guest luggage and transportation arrangements
• Deliver various information to guests and pedestrians
• Maintain smooth traffic flow in designated areas
• Make and receive deliveries to and from guest rooms
• Transport hotel packages and parcels

• Solid knowledge of the hotel location and surrounding area
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions
• Previous experience in a related position
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, and overnights

$20.31 - $27.08 per hour
