Who You Are:
You are a strategic and creative leader with a passion for blending hospitality excellence with luxury retail experiences. You understand how beverage and service programs can deepen client engagement, enhance brand storytelling, and drive business results. You balance vision with execution and are able to think big picture while flawlessly managing the operational details. You thrive in fast-paced environments, collaborate naturally across teams, and are committed to delivering exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.
You have a global perspective on hospitality, with the ability to adapt concepts for local markets, and a primary focus on North America.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and evolve the brand’s long-term vision for in-store hospitality, ensuring it aligns with retail, marketing, and clienteling strategies.
- Oversee global hospitality program standards, with hands-on responsibility for North America execution.
- Develop and execute beverage menus, seasonal offerings, and service protocols that elevate the in-store experience.
- Create scalable hospitality concepts for consistent execution across multiple locations, while allowing for local customization.
- Lead the hospitality vision and operations for in-store events, VIP activations, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage permits, vendor relationships, equipment sourcing/leasing, and all hospitality-related logistics.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Merchandising teams to ensure hospitality complements store layouts and product storytelling.
- Oversee budgets, track ROI, and maintain compliance with all food, beverage, and safety regulations.
- Train retail and event teams on luxury service standards, brand alignment, and client engagement best practices.
- Measure performance through client feedback, event metrics, and sales impact to refine hospitality strategies.
- Stay ahead of trends in luxury hospitality and experiential retail to keep the brand offering fresh and competitive.
You’ll Need to Have:
- Background in hospitality with a focus on food & beverage management
- Proven experience leading hospitality or beverage programs in a luxury retail, fashion, or high-end events environment a plus
- Strong operational expertise, including vendor management, budgeting, compliance, and logistics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to connect hospitality initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
- Creative, brand-driven mindset with a deep understanding of luxury service standards.
- Proficiency in POS, inventory, and event management systems.
- Knowledge of permitting, compliance requirements, and lease agreements for hospitality operations.
