Restaurant Lead-Front of House

Salary Range: $22.03 - $27.54 per hour*

• Floor Leadership & Service Standards: Sets and maintains service benchmarks for hygiene, uniform, and guest interactions. Champions premium service, food, and beverage quality.
• Guest Relations: Acts as a brand ambassador, greeting, seating guests, building relationships, and managing front‑of‑house flow.
• Quality Control: Monitors the floor, provides real‑time coaching and feedback to staff.
• Daily Coordination: Collaborates with dining‑room team to prepare, break down, and execute daily service shifts.
• Roster & Schedule Management: Creates efficient, flexible work schedules, aligns labor with business projections.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Completes daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to track sales trends and manage budgets.
• Team Delegation: Delegates shift responsibilities to Associates and follows up on task completion.
• Event & Inventory Coordination: Coordinates with culinary and kitchen staff for scheduling, menu coverage, and alignment of front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations.
• Event & Catering Execution: Supports execution of special promotions and private events; reviews catering prospectuses for accuracy on guest counts, floor plans, and dietary needs.
• Logistics Oversight: Manages operational variables for events, including rentals, labor allocation, and beverage provisions.
• Inventory & Waste Mitigation: Maintains awareness of inventory levels and quality control to prevent waste.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proven experience in restaurant supervision, fine‑dining table service, or high‑end hospitality leadership.
• Knowledge of premium order‑of‑service guidelines, luxury table settings, and culinary terminology.
• Demonstrated ability to delegate tasks, hold team members accountable, and work autonomously.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to handle high‑volume multitasking with poise.
• Motivated, results‑driven, well‑organized, and an exceptional problem‑solver with a strong "win together" mentality.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace preferred.
• Physical stamina for extended standing, bending, walking the floor, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
