Location: Brookside Park
MML Hospitality is searching for a Banquet Sous Chef to lead the kitchen at Nine Orchard in New York. You will oversee the execution of banquet menus and create exceptional culinary experiences in a high-volume setting.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in a luxury hotel or acclaimed restaurant, with strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain quality under pressure. A valid NYC DOH Food Protection Certificate is required.
