Receptionist

We are looking for a receptionist for a hotel near Rodez. This position is available as soon as possible in the context of a permanent contract.

Your missions:

• Welcome clients with professionalism and courtesy, and ensure their check-in and check-out.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and the quality and service standards of the establishment.
• Manage reservations (phone, email, online platforms) and optimize the room schedule.
• Provide information to clients about the hotel's services and tourist activities in the area.
• Ensure administrative follow-up (invoicing, cash handling, cash register closure).
• Handle client requests and possible complaints with responsiveness and efficiency.
• Contribute to maintaining fluid communication with the different services of the establishment.

Your profile:

• At least two years of experience in reception or a similar position in hospitality.
• Mastery of reception standards and customer service, as well as internal procedures of a hotel establishment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfort with computer tools and reservation software.
• Sense of organization, rigor, and ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Team spirit and ability to collaborate with the different services of the establishment.
