Job Summary

As a Hospitality Operations Leader, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of Tranquil Resorts, ensuring that every aspect of guest experience meets our high standards. You will be the bridge between our leadership, staff, and guests, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and genuine care. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution to ensure smooth operations across all departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily resort operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimize workflows, resource allocation, and staff performance.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to maintain high service standards and foster professional growth.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Act as a role model for Tranquil Resorts’ values and culture, inspiring staff to deliver genuine hospitality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality operations management, preferably in resorts or luxury hotels.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a guest‑first mindset.
  • Proficiency in operational and financial management, including budgeting and reporting.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
