Executive Steward

We’re currently seeking an Executive Steward to join the team. You’ll be responsible for comprehensive oversight of the stewarding team, setting new standards for operational excellence, recruiting and mentoring new talent, managing team workflows, addressing guest requests, and ensuring that the restaurant reflects the brand vision and mission at every touchpoint, including the meticulous maintenance of all kitchen and dining equipment and interiors.

• Comprehensive oversight of the stewarding team.

• Ensure meticulous maintenance of all kitchen and dining equipment and interiors.

• Minimum 2 years of similar work experience in culinary arts, cleanliness and organization.
• Advanced knowledge of stewarding operations.
• Strong leader with proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingly flexible to meet demands of a 24‑hour operation.
• Post‑secondary diploma or degree preferred.

Salary Range: $92,000 to $95,000.
