• Ability to read, comprehend and interpret documents, instructions, correspondence and memos.
• Ability to communicate professionally in English, both verbal and written.
• Second language proficiency strongly preferred.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to interact, understand resident inquiries and provide responses.
• Ability to work varying schedules including weekends, holidays, evening and overnight shifts to accommodate business demands.
• Ability to perform assignments with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stand for an extended period.
