Position: Senior Lodging Associate, Chase Travel
Location: New York

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day portfolio of hotels.
  • Own the program point contact for selected hotel portfolios.
  • Manage program onboarding, contract execution with hotel partners and legal teams, benefit negotiation, and collection of online content and imagery.
  • Execute ongoing program communications.
  • Review online imagery and content for hotel portfolio to ensure accuracy and maintain a premium online presence.
  • Send regular compliance scorecards to hotels and conduct results review as needed.
  • Resolve escalations that prevent seamless card member experience at point of sale (offline and online) efficiently and expediently.
  • Manage ad‑hoc projects to improve processes and efficiencies across the team.
  • Participate in annual hotel selection meetings to identify new hotels to partner with.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years in the travel industry, preferably lodging.
  • Self‑motivated and proactive in taking action.
  • Challenge current processes and status quo.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in partner and supplier management.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Approximate 15% travel required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with travel technology (GDS, OTA).
  • Team player with strong project management experience.
