As a Concierge, you will provide expert local recommendations, secure reservations at exclusive venues, and deliver memorable guest experiences that reflect our brand’s commitment to excellence and sustainability.

• Deliver world‑class guest service by anticipating needs and providing tailor‑made recommendations.
• Secure reservations for restaurants, bars, events, and entertainment, ensuring timely and seamless access for guests.
• Share insights on local attractions, dining, nightlife, and cultural experiences with guests.
• Honor guests’ preferences and dietary requests, offering thoughtful suggestions that enhance their stay.
• Operate efficiently within a 24‑hour shift structure, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.

• Minimum of 1 year of concierge or related guest‑service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented, with strong organization and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Post‑secondary diploma or degree preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Hourly rate: $30.98 – $41.31.
