Responsibilities
Oversee the efficient running of the spa department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Provide hands‑on support and guidance to ensure services are consistent with approved Spa brand standards of performance and sequences of service. Anticipate and meet discerning guests’ needs to create lasting relationships with the spa, not merely a visit.
Qualifications- University Degree or Diploma in Spa Management and/or Hospitality/Tourism Management (ideally)
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as Assistant Spa Manager or Team Leader
- Aesthetic qualification in treatments and training will be of great advantage
