Front of House Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a Front of House Manager to join a high-volume, multi-concept hospitality operation. This role supports daily FOH operations and partners with senior leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, and consistent execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily front-of-house operations across multiple service formats
Lead, coach, and develop hourly team members
Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality
Assist with scheduling, labor management, and floor leadership
Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities
Maintain an active, hands-on presence during service
Partner with leadership to achieve operational and financial goals

Qualifications:

2+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience
High-volume experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Hands-on, team-oriented management style
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Passion for hospitality and guest experience
