Assistant Rooms Manager
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office and Bell/Door teams, collaborating with senior management, analyzing guest engagement, and ensuring exceptional service at Montage.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations of the Front Office and Bell/Door teams.
- Collaborate with the Director of Front Office, Director of Housekeeping, and Hotel Manager on all operational functions, programs, assignments, and hotel activities.
- Review and analyze guest engagement scores and trends in Medallia.
- Review guest profiles to create personalized experiences.
- Oversee daily activity, including arrivals, departures, and in‑house itineraries, to deliver on guest expectations.
- Create WOW moments and deliver on guests' expectations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
- 1+ year of previous Rooms Division management experience required;
Front Office and/or Housekeeping management experience highly preferred. - Experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Ability to multi‑task in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
- Stand and move at a well‑paced mobility for up to 8 hours.
- Bend, squat, and lift up to 15 pounds, including luggage, guest items, and bags.
- Push and pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill tasks as needed.

Pay Scale: $70,000 to $75,000 per year.
