Hospitality Specialist
Under the supervision of the Assistant Operations Manager, the Hospitality Specialist oversees all operational aspects of the Front Desk, providing the highest level of customer service and professionalism to hotel guests and building residents.
Responsibilities- Greet building occupants professionally and maintain security and safety.
- Register and assign rooms to hotel guests, and announce visitors to residents.
- Create reservations based on guest requests and availability.
- Verify customer credit and determine payment method for accommodations.
- Handle all incoming calls, including guest and tenant requests, reservations, and call forwarding.
- Coordinate resident move‑ins and move‑outs, maintain key log and data sheets.
- Assist with package deliveries, log receipts, and notify guests/residents of pickups.
- Control petty cash, compute bills, collect payments, and prepare deposit envelopes.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks such as balancing cash accounts.
- Issue room keys and escort guests to appropriate areas.
- Review guest accounts and charges during checkout.
- Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management about guest issues.
- Communicate with service companies for technical issues (e.g., cable TV, internet) when no manager is on duty.
- Confirm departures for the following day and complete opening and closing procedures as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
- 1+ year of hotel front desk or related experience.
- Fire Life Safety Director Certification is preferred; candidate must be able to obtain FLSD certification.

Shift TimesSaturday – Wednesday, 2:30PM – 11:00PM
Compensation$16.00 – $27.75 per hour, depending on location, experience, and other factors.
