Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing a restaurant to guest satisfaction and profit goals;
Provide hands-on support for employees and tasks across all positions including cashier, lobby, prep, grill, fries, opening and closing duties;
Help manage scheduling and shift coverage for days, nights, weekends and holidays;
Lead a team effectively and communicate clearly to ensure smooth operations;
Adhere to company policies and city, state, and federal regulations
