Top View Sightseeing is a New York City-based company offering a variety of sightseeing bus tours. We own and manage the portfolio of brands, including Top View Sightseeing, Tea Around Town, Liberty Cruise, Bike Rental Central Park, and Attraction Pass. Top View Sightseeing serves over 500k customers annually, creating unforgettable experiences for New Yorkers and visitors.

• Coordination of buses for daily operations
• Use radio and online chats to maintain constant communication
• Coordinate with and support colleagues, bus operators, supervisors, and managers to execute the day-to-day operations
• Be responsible for company equipment
• Promote a culture of positivity
• Monitor the safety of employees and guests
• Conduct and submit various reports as assigned

• The ability to read maps and understand NYC traffic patterns
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized and attentive to detail but also able to multitask
• The ability to make informed decisions and remain calm in stressful situations
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
• Willingness to work early AM shifts or late PM shifts as needed
• The ability to work with google office applications, e.g., docs, sheets, email, chat
• Knowledge of Manhattan and the New York Metropolitan area is a big plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20-$22 per hour
