Oversee the Front Office operations to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel flow;
Monitor labor costs and expenses to achieve revenue and profitability goals;
Manage guest check-in/check-out, reservations, concierge, and PBX operations with emphasis on security and guest safety;
Schedule Front Office staff to ensure proper coverage and staffing efficiency;
Train staff on systems, cash handling, service standards and escalate issues as needed
