* Luxury Hotel and Residential building is highly preferred
* Ability to read, comprehend and interpret documents/instructions, correspondence and memos
* Ability to communicate professionally in English, verbal and written
* Second language proficiency strongly preferred
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stand for extended period.
* Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
* Ability to interact, understand resident inquiries and provide responses
* Ability to work varying schedules including weekends, holidays, evening and overnight shifts to accommodate business demands
* Ability to perform assignments with minimal supervision
* The employee must be able lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
