Host - Centurion

The Dinex Group, Chef Daniel Boulud’s internationally acclaimed restaurant group, is opening a new multiple‑venue fine‑casual and upscale bar/lounge location in early 2023. The newest property is an exclusive, elegant space that will provide guests the highest level of service and hospitality. We are committed to creating a unique experience for each of our guests and are looking for experienced, enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our team.

The Host is the first and last point of contact with guests and is responsible for greeting, seating, and saying goodbye to guests as well as supporting the flow of the restaurant during service. They will also take and confirm reservations over the phone, distribute soignées, retrieve messages, and return phone calls in a clear, concise, and accurate manner.

The Host will report directly to the Service Director and General Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a Host in a similar setting and familiarity with Resy.

• Work closely with the front‑of‑house team to contribute to a positive dining experience for guests
• Make same‑day reservations and confirmation calls
• Greet, seat, and say goodbye to guests
• Respond to emails in the reservations inbox
• Proof the reservation book to maximize seating, revise notes, and facilitate special VIP requests
• Assist the management team with various projects as needed

• Must have open availability (days, nights, and weekends)
• Previous experience in a high‑volume environment
• General knowledge and interest in food and wine
• Able to take direction and complete tasks

• Full availability – daytime hours, evening hours and weekends
