• Stand for an extended period while performing the duties of this job.
• Lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Interact, understand resident inquiries and provide responses.
• Work varying schedules including weekends, holidays, evening and overnight shifts to accommodate business demands.
• Perform assignments with minimal supervision.

• Ability to read, comprehend and interpret documents/instructions, correspondence and memos.
• Ability to communicate professionally in English, verbal and written.
• Second language proficiency strongly preferred.
• Luxury hotel and residential building experience highly preferred.
