Step into one of Midtown’s most vibrant boutique hotels — the Sanctuary Hotel NYC — where luxury meets personality. We’re looking for a warm, polished, and genuinely guest-focused professional to join our Front Office team.
What you’ll be doing
* Welcome guests with authentic hospitality and effortless professionalism.
* Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with accuracy, charm, and poise.
* Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to personalize each stay.
* Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless service.
* Maintain the lobby atmosphere and hotel presentation with pride and care.
What you bring to the table
* Prior hotel front desk or guest service experience required (1+ year).
* Familiarity with hotel systems (Opera, OnQ, or similar) preferred.
* Polished appearance and professional communication skills.
* Friendly, confident, and calm under pressure.
* Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
