Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Operations Manager – Front Office will oversee front‑office staff, manage cash control for agents, determine staffing needs, and ensure guest services meet the highest standards. The role may also involve training, staff development and scheduling, working closely with the Front Office Manager.

Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of front‑office supervisory and/or management experience (preferred)
  • Service‑oriented style with professional presentation skills
  • Hospitality/Hospitality degree an asset
  • High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leadership, effective communication, and ability to provide exceptional customer service and improve the bottom line
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
