Door Person
As a Door Person, you'll create memorable first impressions by warmly welcoming guests, assisting with arrivals and departures, and delivering exceptional hospitality from the moment they arrive. If you enjoy connecting with people and take pride in providing outstanding service, we'd love to have you on our team.
What you'll do as a Door Person:
- Consistently opens and closes doors for arriving and departing guests.
- Courteously assists guests with luggage transport when no bell person is available.
- Provides prompt assistance to guests in locating taxi or other transportation services.
- Takes the initiative to assist all departing guests with their luggage and escorts them to the front desk for check-out, valet parking or baggage check as appropriate when no bellman is available.
- Assists with Valet services as necessary to provide quality guest service.

To Be Successful as a Door Person, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Experience in a guest contact position.
- Possess a valid New York driver's license.
- Have excellent communication skills.
