Job Title and Location
Supervisor – Hotel Valet
Location:
Flushing, NY
Hourly rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour, plus cash tips.
Job type:
Full-time & part-time.
Shift & schedule:
Weekends & holidays.
- Develop and train shuttle drivers and valets to ensure job expectations are met.
- Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.
- Develop and maintain excellent client relations and attend client meetings.
- Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
- Manage employee work hour reports and submit payroll.
- Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals.
- Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control.
- Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.
- Complete required reports.
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
- Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional approach.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can resolve customer issues positively.
- Motivated, organized, honest, and thoughtful.
- Trustworthy, loyal, and dependable.
- Self-sufficient, resourceful, collaborative, and decisive.

- 1+ year of valet parking experience.
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
- Free parking while on shift at your assigned Propark location.
