What We're Looking For

A warm, welcoming, and proactive Door Person who will be the first impression of Loews Hotels. In this role, you'll create memorable guest experiences by offering exceptional service and anticipating needs before they arise. From greeting guests with genuine hospitality to ensuring smooth arrivals and departures, you'll be the heartbeat of our front entrance—making every interaction feel effortless and extraordinary.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Safely handle and transport luggage, baggage, and packages.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Summon taxis, assist guests entering and exiting vehicles, and provide parking instructions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front entrance, coordinating with Housekeeping as needed.
  • Communicate emergency procedures clearly when required.
  • Build strong relationships with Front Desk, Valet, Concierge, and Housekeeping teams.
  • Remain attentive at your post, ensuring guest safety and assisting with any concerns.
  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
  • Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications Include
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift items more than 75lbs.
  • Experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.

The wage for this position is $18.82 to $18.82.
