Banquet Manager
Oversee front and heart‑of‑house teams, manage guest requests, and ensure seamless operations from the start to the end of the banquet.
Responsibilities- Support front and heart‑of‑house teams by actively participating in day‑to‑day operations.
- Manage guest requests and coordinate with other departments as needed.
- Set every team member up for success throughout the event.
- Ensure quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Minimum of 6 years progressive experience in banquets.
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Post‑secondary diploma or degree preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of banquet operations.
- Strong leadership and proven track record in guest and team member engagement.
- Demonstrated financial performance record.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Salary: $75,000 per year.
