Valor Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Supervise banquet staff during functions and oversee service and break-down;
Check Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure accuracy and that room setup follows directions;
Ensure that all Food & Beverage items are presented and served correctly per standards;
Maintain constant communication between Culinary Department and Banquet Team during events;
Compile and post banquet checks from the Banquet Event Order and present to clients for signature
