Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Job Summary

We’re currently seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our Housekeeping team, a natural people person with an analytical mind, who can do everything from streamlining a bumpy process to stocking a supply cart. The Housekeeping Manager is a natural at identifying challenges, makes reasonable and insightful assumptions, and motivates everyone on the team by showing them the rewards of providing outstanding service.

• Lead and manage the Housekeeping team.
• Streamline housekeeping processes to improve efficiency.
• Oversee inventory and stock supply carts.
• Identify and solve operational challenges.
• Motivate staff and promote a culture of outstanding service.

• A minimum of 2 years of similar work experience in a luxury hotel setting.
• Post‑secondary diploma or degree is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of housekeeping operations.
• Strong leadership skills and proven track record in guest and team member engagement.
• Experience in financial performance management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.

Salary: $68,950.00
