We're looking for a Part-Time Innkeeper / Guest Service Associate to create memorable guest experiences while supporting the daily operations of our beautiful boutique hotel, The Penny Lane. What You'll DoEvery day is different at The Penny Lane! In this role you'll:
- Welcome guests with genuine hospitality from check-in to check-out
- Manage reservations, answer guest inquiries, and ensure every stay exceeds expectations
- Set up and maintain our complimentary breakfast and social hour
- Help maintain clean, comfortable, guest-ready rooms
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Support teammates across departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience
We're seeking someone who is:
