Location: New York
BLADE is seeking a Flier Experience Associate in New York, NY. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, and coordinate ground transportation to deliver a premium, personalized travel experience on an outdoor ramp environment at Hudson Yards.
The role requires 2+ years in customer service, full flexibility for shifts, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will be the face of the brand, upholding discretion and hospitality standards while upselling services where appropriate.
