Sonesta is seeking a Guest Services Agent to deliver exceptional front desk service and support the Operations Manager. You will be the first point of contact for guests and responsible for front desk systems and guest relations during your shift.
Key duties include checking in guests, issuing keys, handling phone inquiries, processing cash and card transactions, and upselling rooms where appropriate. You will ensure security of guest information and support busy hotel operations.
