This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hospitality, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in creating a polished, high-touch environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding front desk and guest experience by warmly greeting employees, clients, and visitors while serving as the primary point of contact for the office.
- Create a welcoming, hospitality-driven atmosphere by anticipating guest needs and providing information about office amenities, meeting spaces, and workplace services.
- Coordinate and support meetings, conferences, and internal events by preparing conference rooms, assisting with room setups, and ensuring every event runs smoothly.
- Provide first-line audiovisual and technology support, including setting up Zoom, Microsoft Teams, conference phones, microphones, and presentation equipment.
- Manage visitor registration, conference room scheduling, and day-to-day front desk operations to ensure a seamless office experience.
- Respond to Workplace Experience requests by coordinating services such as catering, transportation, access badges, office supplies, mail services, and facilities requests.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
