Firmdale Hotels is seeking a Doorperson at Crosby Street Hotel to welcome guests with warm, attentive service in a luxury setting. You will be part of the Reception team, greet guests, assist with luggage, and support doorman duties with a focus on creating exceptional experiences.
This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Front Office Manager and requires excellent NYC knowledge, strong customer service, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
