We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:Position:
Front Desk Supervisor
The Front Desk Supervisor coordinates the operation of the program during the assigned shift.
Location: Brooklyn, NY 11236
Minimum Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- One year of relevant experience working in a similar capacity in a social services setting.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills and basic computer knowledge.
- Security License
- CPR/First Aid
- Directs all front desk staff activities to ensure adherence to policy and procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation of front desk activities.
- Provide emergency assistance to residents as needed and supervise incident management system.
- Monitor building safety.
- Conduct rounds at residence as assigned.
