Elior North America - - Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, venues, and vendors throughout the planning process and on-site execution;
Develop and implement Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), timelines, floor plans, and production details;
Prepare Supervisor Packets and event paperwork for on-site staff to ensure clear communication and smooth execution;
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to secure rentals and services and ensure operational readiness;
Lead client-facing production efforts, including site visits, tastings, and pre-event planning
