Summary- Function as the Assistant Business Manager and Assistant Marketing Specialist for the Food & Beverage Department, ensuring that all outlets and banqueting operations run smoothly, meet hotel standards, and achieve individual profitability.
- Ensure all Food & Beverage initiatives align with Corporate Strategy and support the implementation of relevant hotel action plans.
- Oversee the preparation, review, and regular updating of Departmental Operations Manuals.
- Conduct regular divisional communication meetings and ensure departmental briefings are effective, well-structured, and carried out as required.
- Oversee the seamless operation of all outlets and banquet department.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, preferably within luxury international hotel brands.
- Creative mindset with strong awareness of current Food & Beverage trends.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage standards is essential.
- International exposure or multicultural work experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, with proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin preferred.
- Basic computer skills in MS Office are preferred.
