Highgate Hotels - - Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with Highgate Hotel standards;
Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation;
Balance and prepare individual paperwork for closing of shift;
Operate Front Desk computer system and PBX console;
Maintain a clean work area and assist with guest services such as safe deposit boxes
