The No
Mo Soho Hotel is looking for its next great team member to lead our Front Office team. We are committed to providing you with:

The Front Office Manager oversees the Front Office Operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with Corporate/Franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. You will manage the Front Office Team to include training, coaching and provide support. Communication with all departments is key to ensure customer satisfaction. You will resolve customer complaints, anticipate potential issues by reviewing and monitoring complaints, operational issues, business flow and associate's performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality of service.

You have a passion for our industry set high expectations for customer service. You have at least 2 years of experience as a Front Office Manager in a Hotel in a unionized environment, excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills, you are excellent at resolving challenges and dedicated to providing excellent service to our guest. You will need a positive, collaborative style to work well with fellow managers and team members in all areas of hotel operations.
You must be attentive to details, good at solving problems, and able to promote a passion for quality and service.
