We're partnered with a highly respected hospitality group in search of a General Manager to lead one of their successful elevated casual restaurants on Long Island.

What We're Looking For- Proven General Manager experience within elevated casual or upscale full-service restaurants
- An exceptional people leader with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing teams
- Strong operational and financial acumen with experience managing restaurant P&Ls
- Hands‑on leadership style with a visible presence on the floor
- Ability to create a culture of accountability, hospitality, and teamwork
- Someone who leads with positivity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality
