We're looking for a passionate, organized, and relationship-driven Catering & Events Manager to lead our growing catering and events program. If you love hospitality, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

• Guide guests through the planning process from initial inquiry through event execution.
• Answer leads, build proposals, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), contracts, and event timelines.
• Conduct venue tours and help guests create unforgettable events.
• Lead event execution and ensure every detail exceeds expectations.
• Partner with restaurant leadership, chefs, and event teams to deliver seamless experiences.
• Grow catering and events revenue through networking, referrals, and outstanding guest relationships.
• Lead, coach, and support our catering and events team.
• Manage event calendars, deposits, billing, and event logistics using Triple Seat and other systems.

• Has 3+ years of catering, hospitality, or event management experience.
• Is a natural relationship builder with outstanding communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Enjoys both sales and operations.
• Confidence making decisions and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Leads with positivity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Experience with Triple Seat or similar event management software is a plus.
• Strong computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new technology and platforms.
• Is available to work evenings and weekends as events require.
