The Security Guard will provide quality and efficient protection for all Hotel Guests in accordance with the hotel’s policies/procedures, and the brand’s standards to achieve and maintain guest satisfaction, and safety and security while embracing the values of the Company Culture and Guiding Principles.

• Providing value added service to Guests by doing whatever is reasonable and possible to meet or exceed guest expectations.
• Communication effectively with Guests, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Acquiring a working knowledge of the entire Hotel, in-house facilities, and local information.
• Making rounds to the entire hotel and parking area.
• Helping Guest into and out of the property.
• Approach all encounters with Guests and Associates in a friendly manner.
• Always comply with Company standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.

• Associate is expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job.
• Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
• Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
• Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company associates to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
• Requires strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate with guests and team members verbally or in written form.
• At all times projects a favorable image of the Hotel to the public.
• Must have open availability weekends and holidays.
