Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.;
Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies; remove soiled wares; maintain cleanliness of bar and serving areas;
Follow safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions to manager; maintain professional appearance and confidentiality;
Welcome and acknowledge guests; anticipate and address service needs; communicate clearly with team;
Stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as required
