Hard Rock Hotel New York is seeking an F&B Operations Supervisor to oversee reservations, inquiries, and communications across outlets. You will support event and dining operations, prepare contracts and menus, and liaise with F&B management and the culinary team.
You must have at least two years of service experience in a premium hotel environment, with strong communication and leadership skills, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the property is busiest.
