Front Desk Agent

What You’ll DoAs a Front Desk Agent, you will:
- Create a warm and welcoming first impression for every guest.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service throughout the guest experience.
- Welcome and assist guests both in person and over the phone.
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
- Manage reservations and respond to guest questions and requests.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, patience, and a solutions-focused approach.
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Have a genuine passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest service.
- Possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Be comfortable working with computers, hotel systems, and various software programs.
- Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Be dependable, personable, and comfortable interacting with a variety of guests.
- Be able to remain active and moving throughout the shift.
- Be able to occasionally lift or move up to
20 pounds

, the anticipated compensation range for this position is$20.00–$22.00 per hour
.
The hourly rate offered to the successful candidate will depend on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, years of experience within the hospitality industry, education, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
