Job Details:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Night Auditor to join our team. As the Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests during the overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reconciliation:
    Perform daily financial audits, including balancing revenue and accounts, verifying all transactions, and preparing financial reports for management.
  • Guest Services:
    Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with check-ins and check-outs.
  • Record Keeping:
    Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, room availability, and financial transactions in accordance with hotel policies.
  • Night Operations Management:
    Monitor security and safety protocols, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff during overnight hours.
  • Communication:
    Relay pertinent information to management and other departments, including any guest feedback or operational issues.
  • Inventory Management:
    Conduct inventory checks and manage supplies to ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
  • Assist with Administrative Tasks:
    Help with administrative duties as required, including data entry and filing.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or accounting role preferred.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
